This page details the standard terms and conditions of business for Adrian Bullers (Adrian Bullers Photography & K-9 Photography). 

 

By booking a portrait experience with Adrian Bullers (Adrian Bullers Photography & K-9 Photography) you agree to these T&C’s. 

 

This contract is between ADRIAN BULLERS LIMITED, registered with Company number 04971777, hereafter known as the ‘Photographer’ 

 

AND 

 

The person booking the session hereafter known as the ‘Client’. 

 

The Website 

 

All information on this website is regularly updated, to keep in line with external companies from suppliers of products. However, external companies occasionally change their products and prices, hence any prices, offers and information on this website may be changed or withdrawn without notice. 

All photographs displayed on this website and any social media run by Adrian Bullers are under copyright of Adrian Bullers and are not to be copied, altered or used for any reason without agreement by Adrian Bullers 

Any offers, promotions or competitions advertised on this site may not be combined unless otherwise stated by Adrian Bullers 

Any offers, promotions or competitions may be withdrawn before advertised end date without prior notice. 

 

Photography - The Photoshoot 

 

All photographs taken by Adrian Bullers are copyright of The Adrian Bullers and so may be used/sold for any purpose seen fit by Adrian Bullers, this includes but is not limited to publication for profit, social media, marketing. 

Adrian Bullers is fully insured for public liability during the photoshoot. 

It is understood that your children, babies or pets are your responsibility during the photoshoot.

Opening Hours - Monday to Saturday 10.00 A.M. until 5.00 PM - Sundays by prior arrangement 

 

General 

 

Adrian Bullers is legally covered by the Data Protection Act, and therefore any personal information given by you will be secure and only used by Adrian Bullers for the use of running Adrian Bullers Photography. Your personal details will NOT be passed on or sold to external companies, unless authorised by you in order to take part in photography competitions. 

Adrian Bullers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, with intent to pass on, sell, resell or exploit any portion of photographs taken by Adrian Bullers this will be a violation of Adrian Bullers copyright. 

Digital Files - If digital files are purchased by you from Adrian Bullers it is understood that they may be used by yourself for personal use only. You may print your own images from these digital files, you may share on social media, or email to friends and family, these uses come under "personal use". Adrian Bullers does not give you the right to make any personal or financial gain from any photographs taken by Adrian Bullers this includes digital and any other form of image. This would put you in breach of Adrian Bullers Copyright. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

 

It is studio policy to take a £25 booking fee at the time of making a portrait booking. As portrait experiences are limited, this is to ensure fairness for all. The booking fee is refundable in full as long as the first scheduled portrait experience and the first agreed viewing experience is attended. Failure to attend your first scheduled portrait experience or your first agreed viewing experience will forfeit the booking fee. Portrait experiences are not confirmed until a booking fee has been paid. 

 

It is agreed that the following terms and conditions set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing. 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

 

All products and photographs are bespoke to your individual order. Therefore, any orders made by yourself cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be made - exceptions to this are item 3 below. 

As all photographs, products and services are bespoke to your individual requirements, all payments for such items must be paid in full prior to delivery. Any part payments made before final balance is paid cannot be refunded due to the bespoke nature of the products. 

If the goods supplied are deemed to be faulty we will replace them free of charge or at our discretion refund you. 

Digital products will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

 

Copyright 

 

Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. The Copyright and Design Act 1988 assigns the copyright of the images to the photographers. It is contrary to the Act, and therefore illegal, to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means, an image created as part of this contract without the permission of the Photographer in writing. 

 

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions 

 

Vouchers purchased on this site are for photography Sessions 

The Photography Gift Voucher must be used to attend your photo session within twelve months from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid. 

Each Photography Gift Voucher includes a Framed 7” x 5” desk portrait from your session and is worth £125 

To claim your complimentary Framed 7” x 5” desk portrait you must attend a viewing at the studio in Bedford to choose the image for the product, we will never choose an image for you. 

The Photography Gift Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described. 

The Photography Gift Voucher may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot. 

The Photography Gift Voucher is not transferable. 

Only one Photography Gift Voucher may be used per family per year. 

The photoshoot may only be booked on weekdays. A Saturday booking is at our discretion only 

By attending a Photoshoot you agree that any or all images taken may be used by Adrian Bullers for social media and or marketing purposes.
